Phase III: Ongoing Weight Management, Group

Our behavior coaches use the most current and effective behavior modification techniques to deliver a game plan just for you. Your coach will meet weekly with you during the first six months of the program, and bi-weekly up to one year of the program by video chat.  Maintenance coaching sessions are also available upon completion of a 12-month program. During each session, you will explore topics in addictive behavior related to why we overeat, engage in accountability exercises, learn to abandon old habits, and embrace a new lifestyle.
